Our Maintenance & Process Manager is a Proficient and organised professional from the Open pit mining Industry who sees himself as a problem solver. He has reviewed and organised our maintenance plan for equipment and understands the challenging situations of industrial maintenance and operational problems at various stages of development and Processing, particularly in Africa and the environment issues in maintaining peak production.

Moussa is our logistics Manager, using his local and international knowledge of operating and controlling his own logistics company out of Dakar. He has in the past year obtained the prior knowledge of the mining laws and infrastructure needed to allow smooth transition of materials to the Remote Kedougou Region. Moussa is continually sourcing and reviewing the best routes and contacts needed for this vital role of supply and demand,

Cheikh T. Diop has over 20 Years of geology experience working in the Kedougou Region of Senegal. Mr. Diop has worked with several mining companies in the Region and has conducted geological testing, soil analysis, prospection analysis and various research and scientific studies in the precious metal industry in Senegal

Thaim nicknamed “Papa” is coordinator & mechanic. Papa has a working knowledge of the local languages unique to the Kedougou region and has proven himself a valuable asset to the project with the diverse cultures and tribal affiliations in the region. As well as his language skills he is a hands on driver / mechanic who can operate various machinery and understand the maintenance of equipment and processes needed to mentor our local workforce.
