Initiator of the project, has started a identical project like this in June 2009 with minimun equipment and recources and builded it into a profitable entity, installing all the necesarry equipment to ensure future growth. His achievements with various companies he worked for is another plus and shows he has the drive and perserverance to make this project successfull and profitable. It is his life dream to head his own company and be successful

Lynda has international sales and marketing experience, she also headed some overseas companies affiliates. She is a bubbling personality and is very dedicated to her work. She is always prepared to walk the extra mile and is always loyal to a company. Her interpersonal skills makes her a must. She also has other skills on which a company can benefit off.

Corrie was involved in various engeneering projects ie. erection of new projects, commisioning, startups and maintaince. He has vast engineering experience obtained from years in the industry. Project management and shutdowns are also in his field of expertese. Corrie is dedicated in his work and a perfectionist.

Sipho has worked with Kobus on the previous startup project on manganese and is familiar with the growth and teething pains of a start up project. He is from the previous disadvantaged group, was always a labourer and was not always acknowledged for his contributions. He is a definite asset. He will take a leading role when it comes to the selection and training of new personnel, as well as the running of production.
