    - Went on to Outback Steakhouse in Oakville and at 25, became the youngest Managing Partner in Canada.
    - received Culinary Certificate and Wine Certificate at George Brown College in Toronto.
    - Left Outback at 30 and began new career at Canyon Creek Chophouse in Toronto as General Manager.
