Prior to Kaseware, Dorian was a 12-year Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI specializing in cybercrime field investigations and co-led the development of Sentinel, the FBI’s highly awarded case management and intelligence analytics system. Prior to the FBI, Dorian worked as an IT Consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), and founded a personal services corporation to provide independent IT consulting services.

Scott served 11 years as an FBI Special Agent and architectural visionary and agile development pioneer for Sentinel, the FBI’s highly awarded case management and intelligence analytics system. Prior to the FBI, Scott was CTO for Choice Enterprises (now CIE Digital Labs), a pioneer in the "freemium" gaming space in 2002 that grew from small start-up to mature business and sold its gaming subsidiary to Glu Mobile in 2014.

Nathan was a 12-year FBI Supervisory Special Agent leading multi-agency and international investigations of computer intrusions, fraud, and crimes against children and was selected for the FBI’s elite Cyber Action Team investigating the largest and most sophisticated computer intrusions. He co-led the development of Sentinel, the FBI’s highly awarded case management and intelligence analytics system.

Prior CFO for a PE company and Business Unit CFO for 3 PE owned businesses ranging from $300M to $2B+ revenue in 2 companies. Experience raising equity, LOC and LT debt financing. Several experiences building finance teams from scratch, establishing new business units, implementing ERP systems and managing Board/Equity owner relationships. Former Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer, Distribution Procurement Director and Management Consultant.
