    Mr. Niebler co-founded Karner Blue Capital in 2017. From January 2006 to June 2019, Mr. Niebler served in progressively more senior roles within the legal department of Calvert Investments, Inc., including General Counsel and Senior VP from January 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that he held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and an international law firm. He graduated from Princeton University and Georgetown University Law Center.

    Ms. Benjamin co-founded Karner Blue Capital in 2017. She was a partner at KPMG from September 2005 until February 2015, when she joined Calvert Investments, Inc. as its CFO. She received a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from Bentley University McCallum Graduate School of Business.

    Mr. Baumbach was a VP and Equity Research Analyst at Keystone Custodian Funds and later an SVP and Equity Research Analyst at Putnam Investments. In 1999, he joined Babson Capital Management as a portfolio manager for micro-, small-, and mid-cap core and growth strategies and a long/short micro-cap hedge fund. He received a B.S in Business Administration from Towson State University and an M.S in Business from the University of Baltimore.
