A lifelong entrepreneur, James' first successful business was in the service sector. He has experience with marketing and sales at Zipcar, and financial sales at Dundee Wealth Management. James holds a BCOMM in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. When he's not on the phone or in a meeting, he enjoys the BC outdoors. He's passionate about solving difficult problems and building products that people love.

Before co-founding Karmahire, Thomas worked for market leading technology companies such as Intel and PMC-sierra as a systems engineer. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics specializing in electrical engineering. Thomas is passionate about building revolutionary products.

Perry is an Interactive/Web Developer who launched his own web agency after graduating from the Art Institute of Vancouver. With his experience in front-end web programming and design background, Perry brings his expertise in developing unique interactive experiences to KarmaHire.
