Alex has traveled (and worked) all over the world (8 countries) before coming to Colorado with his wife to call it home. Prior to founding Kapta, Alex held sales, marketing, and product management roles for leading companies such as SumTotal Systems and THINQ Learning Solutions. He is also the Founder of Vast Talent, a specialized e-learning provider.

After training as an Electrical Engineer, Ben worked with NASA for designing and developing real-time communication software before moving on to THINQ Learning Solutions, where he worked for six years on the front line of enterprise software. As the technical thrust behind Kapta’s product development, he’s no stranger to the sound of “scale.” Prior to joining the Kapta team, Ben worked on UPS’s Package Delivery System and spent six years building
