Karim earned a B.Comm in Urban Land Economics from Sauder School of Business, UBC and is a natural entrepreneur and leader.

He started an affiliate marketing company, mydealbag, in 2011 (POF.com as investor) and facilitated over $4M in sales in 3 years.

Karim's ability to identify business opportunities and execute quickly and effectively is supported by a wide skill set including communication, finance, design, sales, marketing and leadership.

Areef has spent the last 30 years in the energy efficiency sector in the UK, USA & Canada. A former executive with PowerSmart, he engaged North American utilities, manufacturers, and retailers to adopt PowerSmart programs. Terasen recruited him to turn around Homeworks Inc. In 9 months Areef turned it from a $1M a year loss to profit and facilitated a sale of the company. In 2008 he launched QPS to help First Nations manage & reduce energy costs.

Dee graduated from Aston University with a B.comm in Business, Marketing, and Management.

He then excelled in a role with American Express. Successfully managing and growing Amex’s Western US Regional office from 20 to 180 staff and generating revenues in excess of $10M in less than 12 months via small business lending and collections.

Dee excels in high pressure roles and champions critical problem solving skills at any situation when needed.
