  • Benoit Dinechin
    CTO

    Architect of the KALRAY VLIW core, Benoit brings more than 20 years of experience and technical expertise in software engineering, parallel computing, processor design and compiler tools development. National fellow at STMicroelectronics, he led the development of the ST120 VLIW-DSP core and of its production compiler. Prior to STM, Benoit served at Cray Research where he contributed to the Cray-T3E production compilers.

  • Joël Monnier
    CEO

    President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors since the inception of the company in 2008. Most recently, Mr Monnier was Corporate Vice President of STMicroelectronics in charge of R&D from 1989 to 2004. In this function, he has been the main executive for the emergence of the Crolles Microelectronics Centers, a joint-venture with STM, NXP and Freescale, representing the largest semiconducting fab in Europe.

    Director Solutions and Software Services

    Laurent leads the effort to collect Kalray’s customer business needs and deliver customer oriented software solutions optimized for Kalray MPPA MANYCORE processors. He is also responsible for managing Kalray’s overall community strategy and bringing Kalray collaborative platform to life by fostering community and thought leadership.
    Before joining Kalray he worked for Xerox and HP R&D labs both in France and in the USA.
