Jennifer Davis is the CEO and the mind behind KEP and has over a decade of experience in the music and entertainment industry. Dr. Davis's love for music began at 10 playing four wind instruments in her country’s youth orchestra where she was the orchestra's youngest member and quickly escalated to music production. By 15 she was a live radio personality and concert/event host.

Ms. Davis is the owner of Amour Affairs, the premier wedding and event company in the Bahamas. She brings over a decade of event planning and execution to our team from very small intimate events to large soiree's. Ms. Davis' speciality is creating events that will be memorable. Her motto is To create a place where your dreams and your plans can begin to unfold into a magical reality of wonder.

Mrs. Monro brings a decade worth of marketing and media solutions background to the team. She now owns a boutique marketing and media solution company. Her background is diverse from being a local sales manager for CBS Radio and a Senior Account Executive for Radio One.

Mr. Uzzell brings 15 years of diverse entertainment experience to the group. He is the CEO of StayTight Entertainment. He is involved with multiple areas of the industry from TV Production, Music Production, Video Editing, Artist Development, Modeling, Artists Marketing and Artist Management. He currents serves as the event co-ordinator for the Urban Model Awards in the Washington DC Area.
