Darryl spent over seven years as the Chief Financial Officer of Hoku Corporation (NASDAQ: HOKU), a solar energy and products service company. He was a key contributor in Hoku becoming a publicly traded company and was one of three presenters on the IPO road show. Darryl helped to raise over $400 million in debt and equity and to transition the business from the fuel cell industry to the solar industry

Keslie is a multidisciplinary real estate developer with experience developing master planned communities and resorts, commercial properties, and affordable housing. He is passionate about the long term sustainability and prosperity of the local community, and is an active investor, owner, and manager of businesses in a variety of industries

Rob is the founder of WCIT Architecture, which specializes in planning, entitlements, and design. He has led and participated in the development of projects throughout Asia, South America, the South Pacific, and all of the major islands of Hawaii. Under Rob’s leadership, WCIT Architecture has grown from a startup group into the third largest firm in the state.

Ray has held multiple leadership positions within the government of Hawaii, most recently as Director of the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands. He has been very involved in the formation of the current administration at the state level and upcoming administration for the City and County of Honolulu. He is a city planner by education and practice, and is currently a consultant in land use and strategic planning.

Adam is the managing partner of ACW Ventures, a diversified investment firm that focuses on local private equity and real estate opportunities. The firm looks to acquire or invest in both startup and operating companies in a multitude of industries, as well as to develop sustainable and profitable real estate based projects.
