Neil is an experienced entrepreneur with a track record of creating innovative technology solutions for the property sector. Prior to Kabuni Technologies, Neil founded Madisons, a successful Real estate brokerage in the UK. He went on to create OneMove Technologies in 2006, developing one of the world’s first Apps in partnership with Blackberry. In 2009 Neil founded Webidiotz, a leading Internet marketing company in central Canada.

Parmy has extensive senior management experience in Business, Operations and Engineering. As COO and CTO at Onemove Technologies Inc. (Tsx-V: Om), Parmy was responsible for eConveyance™, the largest online community of real estate conveyance professionals.

Marc is responsible for all of Kabuni's legal matters. He has extensive business law experience and has worked in some of the world's leading law firms, such as MAP Law, Baker & McKenzie and Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP both here in Canada and abroad.

Tim has 20 years experience in managing public and private small-cap companies throughout North America. In the past, he has overseen technology consulting practice for Discovery Capital Corporation, a prominent British Columbia venture capital firm and later ran the Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance Divisions for Wolverton Securities Ltd. Mr. Fernback is the current director of several publicly traded companies in Canada.

Brian is a co-founder of Kabuni and responsible for securing strategic partnerships - and evolving the Kabuni brand. He is one of Canada’s Internet pioneers having developed the world’s first web‐based community Infinit.net for Videotron in 1997. Over a career spanning 25 years, he has created integrated communications solutions for some of Canada’s leading brands.
