    Mr. Roane joined KABEN in Dec. 2010 bringing 30 years of executive management experience in the electronics industry. The positions he has held include CEO of Sound Design Technologies, General Manager of the Audio and Wireless Division of Gennum Corporation, head of National Semiconductor’s Canadian IC operations and Vice President of Engineering of Sirific Wireless.

  • Thomas Atkin Denning Riley
    CTO & Founder

    Mr. Riley has twenty four years of experience in IC design with emphasis on wireless applications. He worked at Carleton University and University of Oulu, Finland as a research engineer. Tom founded KABEN in 2000 after leaving Philsar. He is a co-inventor of the fractional-N Delta-Sigma synthesizer and is the inventor of Sampled IF filtering (SIF). He has numerous published papers and holds many patents in the area of mixed-signal RF design.

    Virtual CFO

    Mr. Maynes joined KABEN as a virtual CFO in Nov. 2008. He has thirty two years experience in financial positions including CFO at Zoom Airlines and MedEng Systems. He is experienced in corporate finance, having completed: equity placements (private and public); secondary financing; shareholder reorganizations; product line and corporate acquisitions; reorganizations; debenture financing; and shareholder distributions.
