Chris Reinhart- My Background is in Criminal Justice and have been studying criminal behavior my whole life. I worked for a company for a couple years and within 6 months I went from a crewman to crew leader. I lead my sidewalk and shoveling team through a winter where we had 144 inches of snowfall. I wanted to give up shoveling at times 20 hours straight but could not for the team. I was promoted in a year to operations manager.

Kevin has experience as a manager of large groups of employees. He has shown throughout the process that there in nothing he cannot accomplish. He has also been there every step of the way and does go above and beyond what most employees would do.
