The founder of JustBio, Sophie Chabot, holds a PhD in neuroscience with post-doctoral work in infectious diseases and mucosal biology. She was an instructor at the Harvard Medical School in Pediatrics (2004-2008) in the GI Cell Biology and Nutrition division. In addition to the three patents filed at JustBIO, Dr. Chabot is the inventor of two other inventions in the arena of health applications (i.e. vaccines and therapeutics).

M. Denault has worked for the last 10 years as a freelance consultant for companies of all sizes, from small start-ups to multinationals. He mostly works with companies with emerging technologies. He holds an MBA from the University of Quebec in Montreal (focused on emerging life science companies), as well as a graduate degree in communication from the University of Montreal focused on P.R. and branding in the pharmaceutical / biotech sector.
