    Comes from a catering background growing up around the family restaurants and being taught all aspects involved in running a restaurant. At the age of 24, Gavin opened his own restaurant. Pre Just eMenu Gavin was a Director of Partnerships with an international tech Co providing a cashless environment for major events. Gavin learnt about EPOS technology and the requirements needed by independent and multi-site traders.
