Chief Executive OfficerDr Patrick Howson has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience. Dr Howson has over 15 years’ experience of working in drug discovery and development and was previously Head of Preclinical Sciences at Phytopharm plc. Dr Howson has managed projects from early preclinical evaluation through to Phase II clinical studies, including clinical studies in Parkinson’s disease. Dr Howson also has experience in generating and managing intellectual property.

DirectorMr David Sefton studied law at the University of Manchester, UK and qualified as a lawyer (solicitor) in the UK in 1995 specializing in corporate and commercial matters. He was the managing partner of Laytons Solicitors LLP Manchester, UK office for over 10 years (until 2012) and remains a partner with the firm.

PresidentDr Jonathan Brotchie has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and has more than 30 years’ experience in Parkinson’s disease research managing teams that have identified and validated many drug targets for PD. He has lead translational research that has evaluated >50 drug candidates in non-human primate models of PD with 15 progressing to clinical studies. Dr Brotchie is also an academic researcher at the University Health Network.
