Company Summary

Jukela is a social jukebox application that lets users take control of the music at venues. Venues upload their playlists on the Jukela music player and users upvote their favorite songs on their Jukela mobile application. Jukela lets customers engage with music at venues, socialize with each other and increases venues' revenues and time spent. Our target customers are smart phone users between ages 15-35 and the 60K venues in Turkey.

  • Huseyin Guler
    CoFounder

    Huseyin received his BSc. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bilkent University in 2011, followed by an MSc. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Koc University in 2013. Currently he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science at Koc University. Hüseyin received the Bilkent University merit scholarship between 2006-2011 and scholarships from Koc University and TUBITAK during his graduate studies.

    CoFounder

    Aykut received his BSc. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bilkent University in 2011. He worked at Microsoft Turkey as a Software Consultant between 2011 and 2013 and worked on many corporate projects like EReçete, ASBIS etc. He received the Bilkent University merit scholarship between the years of 2006-2011.

  • Nazlı Gürdamar
    Marketing Manager

    Nazlı received her BA degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in 2011. She worked at Proctor & Gamble as a Marketing Manager for 2 years. She is currently pursuing a MA degree in Economics at Duke University, USA.
