Juho is an ambitious entrepreneur with strong vision, execution skills and business intelligence. Before Hubchat, he has built one of the most successful online dating service in Finland, Deitille.fi, which was sold.

In Hubchat, Juho is responsible for setting the overall direction and the execution strategy for the company. He has very strong global market understanding and connections in America, China, South East Asia, Africa, Europe and UAE.

Janne has worked with three online community services as the co-founder or early team member since 2010.

Janne is responsible for setting the product strategy for Hubchat. He oversees Hubchat's product management and is responsible for the core products and features. Janne has majored in computer science at the University of Helsinki and Helsinki Metropolia of Applied Sciences.

Kim is experienced in creating and growing digital products and services. He has over 10 years' experience in building online communities, co-operation and communication services.

Since 2010 Kim has successfully worked with four online service providers. Kim is responsible for Hubchat's media partnerships, marketing and sales. He is also leading the PR and communication.

Xavi has vast experience in working as an IT advisor and Flash developer, starting developing web pages at the early age of 10. After finishing his studies Xavi started working in a startup called Pryte, which was later bought by Facebook.

Xavi is responsible for Hubchat's long term technology direction while also overseeing the technical architecture and engineering.

Kimmo has 15+ years' of design experience from various agencies, he has helped numerous brands grow their business through user-centred design pratices.

Before joining Hubchat, Kimmo was the lead designer at Futurice for the redesign of Finland's biggest news media publication. At Hubchat Kimmo is focusing on building a multidisciplinary design team, and ensuring that user-centered design is the driving force behind all product development.

TingTing has VP 13 years of business relationship and development between China and Finland.

TingTing was involved in wind power energy industry during 2005-2011. Built Angry Birds business in China during 2011-2015 in Rovio and advertising platform business during 2015-2016 for Kiosked China.
