We are in essence a 40-year old startup. We have been in business since 1975, but the primary focus has always been on custom/commercial products with low margins and inventory turns. We're moving to a residential/light commercial sales model that will have lower up front capital costs and greatly increase cash flow. We already have the #1 Energy Star rated unit, but we're just now emphasizing that unit in our sales and marketing efforts.
