Currently offering 1 on1, group coaching & speaking engagements focusing on topics like conscious living, healthy eating, detox & weight loss. Primary customers are women, 30-45. My goal is to tackle the obesity & preventive disease epidemic one meal/person at a time. Projects in development include a plant-based cookbook, a personal development e-book, an online-based whole-foods detox program and a TV documentary, all slated for a 2013 launch.
