Jory Coffee Co. is the first pour over specific coffee shop in Portland. We're being likened to "the Blue Star of coffee" by customers, as we're taking a different approach to coffee: Curating an ever-changing list of exceptionally delicious coffees from local roasters, and brewing them the proper way, without any added sugar or milk.
