From an early career focused on marketing and e-commerce Darren went on to become a broad spectrum management consultant. Through more than 15 years of advising the world’s leading global financial services brands – including Visa, Barclays and HSBC – on how to bring new products and businesses to market, streamline operations and protect profits, his wealth of experience is shaping the Joosr vision and the company’s ability to scale globally

Having worked in the publishing industry since graduating, Becci became frustrated with the lack of publishing innovation in a world that has gone digital. With 10 years’ at Psychology Press and Routledge, as Editor for the world’s most successful Psychology text book series, she has turned that experience into building content that engages customers.

From his roots as an IT developer, Andrew has occupied all the key roles in IT including Business Analyst, IT Consultant, IT Architect and then CTO at the Friday Media Group. His exposure to significant projects for organisations such as the Guardian is further complemented by his experience with leading e-learning firms such as Synergy Learning and Kineo. Andrew leads the technical evolution of the Joosr platform.

With a BSc in Economics from Bristol University Martin went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young, London. With over 30 years’ experience in board level roles with organisations including Standard Chartered Bank, Hambros and PA Consulting. He is an Enterprise Investment Scheme specialist.
