Katie has an MBA & MSE from the University of Michigan along with extensive experience managing software development projects and technology organizations. Most recently Katie served for 10 years as the COO at Soar Technology where she led all project and administrative functions. Previous positions include senior leadership positions in application development at Borders Group & in operational & project management at Vector Research.

Vic is a leader in health & well-being, creating solutions at the intersection of the science of behavior change & advanced technology. A noted researcher & entrepreneur, he connects academic findings to applications that translate to real outcomes. His research has led to over 100 studies of digital health interventions & over $45 million in funded research; Vic launched JOOL as a major paradigm shift in how individuals pursue well-being.

Lisa has a PhD from Stanford University & extensive experience in the software industry. She led product innovation for a variety of mobile, web & desktop applications. Prior to joining JOOL Health, Lisa served as Vice President of Technology at Ideomed Inc., leading the product development team & serving as the company’s initial HIPAA officer. Lisa also held senior leadership roles at MSC Software, Mechanical Dynamics & Engineering Animation.
