Company Summary

Our mission is to be a catalyst for advancements in clinical practice and medical education by providing the worldwide medical community with the premier resource for clinical video content. The founding team includes the technical co-founder and two former editors from JoVE, which ensure the operational expertise necessary to make this endeavor a success. As of writing of this profile, we have filmed our first surgical video-article.

    CEO, Founder

    Nikita is a serial entrepreneur. He previously co-founded JoVE (, Journal of Visualized Experiments), a successful video journal for early-stage research. He then went on to found FairSetup, a company focusing on a more natural way to manage and compensate talent.

    Qyana Griffith

    Qyana will be receive her MD from BU School of Medicine on May 18th and has a Master’s of Arts with a concentration in Immunology and Parasitology. Qyana worked with Nikita at JoVE as a Scientific Editor for the Immunology and Infection Section. She previously conducted research in Tanzania, Mali and Kenya, working on the tropical neglected diseases of malaria, trypanosomiasis, and schistosomiasis. She has published in PNAS, JI, ASTMH, and ANYAS.

    Robert Dolan

    Robert received his M.D. from NYU, where he was a recipient of an HPSP military scholarship, commissioning as a U.S. Naval medical officer. He has trained in Orthopedic Surgery and Anesthesiology, and served a medical officer in Iraq. Robert worked with Nikita at JoVE as a Scientific Editor for the Clinical and Translational Medicine. He seeks to improve treatments and practices, elevate global standards of care, and disrupt medical education.
