also served as CEO of commercial maintenance division of a leading MRO
Company in Germany and member of the management Board

JY is a qualified Engineer and the principal owner of JA.
He has more than 25 years of experience in aerospace industry and has
great knowledge in manufacture of complex aerospace engine parts like
Honeycomb seals, complex housing etc

JG is a qualified lawyer and principal owner of JA. He
has more than 25 years of experience in merger and acquisition, financial
restructuring, raising capital and identifying strategic growth opportunity
around the world

VA is a graduate in Business Management. He has more than 22 years of experience in M&A, Greenfield
management, Cash management, debt and equity funding, public issue, GDR etc.

SS is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant. He has more than 22 years of experience and has
worked in India and USA. He is permanent resident of United States with extensive
experience in Aerospace Industry

VV is a Masters in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management. He has more than 12 years experience in Aerospace Industry making machined parts for large OEMs
