Responsible for the business strategy and product definition of Joincube. Mariano first had the idea for a private social network for companies in 2009 and created a beta version to test the concept. Cofounder of Factor IT SRL since 2007. Past experience includes IT Services roles for numerous companies including Cubika, Osde, Indra, Synapsis, Banco Francés, Consolidar and Banco Ciudad, among others.

Responsible for the fundraising and financial planning of Joincube. Prior experience includes a Senior Analyst role in LarrainVial’s Corporate Finance Group based in Santiago, Chile. Spencer started his career with JP Morgan as an IB Analyst in the Latin America M&A Advisory Group based in New York. Spencer speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsible for the technical strategy of Joincube and for coordination with development teams. Has extensive experience in architecture and design of web 2.0 applications. Past experience includes IT Services roles for Factor IT, Tekii, Banco Francés and Oracle, among others.
