Company Summary

I live in Williston,ND.. Not only is there a need for a scratch bakery, our community desires it. Our competion are three grocery stores all using frozen product and the only real competion is 126 miles away in Minot,ND. And I'd like to before someone from out of state does that doesn't know how our community is or what they prefer. We already have a huge following of customers waiting and wanting us to open our own shop with fresh product

Skilled in creating various pastries, breads, cookies, cakes, truffles all from scratch. Also have extensive knowledge in par-baked, frozen, and thaw and sell bakery items. Will also cater to gluten and other types of allergies that our customers may have. Very skilled in customer service and sanitation orientated. Bakery Mgr.
