Prior to JiffyCab, Mr. Dada was a mergers and acquisitions associate with the law firm of Dewey & LeBoeuf in New York, where he represented public and private companies with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, private equity and general corporate transactions. From May 2002 to June 2005, Mr. Dada was the founder and President of Poco Systems Inc., where he helped developed and marketed various email client products to customers around the world.
