We want to open a food truck in the Nashville TN area. Since I have been 15 I have worked in the food industry, from serving to managing I have done it all, but my dream is to have my own restaurant.Starting with a food truck is the least expensive way and the stepping stone to make it happen. I have everything needed to make it successful except the start up money. I have the business plan done, the menu, the workers and the desire and goals.
