Jeff Rinek was born and raised in the Phila, PA graduating with a BA in History from Albright College. He entered the FBI in 1976 and retired as a Special Agent in 2006. He specialized in crimes against children and was certified as a criminal profiler. He also was involved with several major cases involving UNABOM, the abduction of Jaycee Lee Dugard, and the Yosemite Murders Serial Homicide case. He resides in Rescue, CA with his wife.

Chris Hopkins retired from FBI as a Special Agent in 2012. He was the Senior Team Leader for the Evidence Response Team as well as a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI Laboratory. Chris has spent most of his career investigating violent crimes and crimes involving children. Chris received his Master's degree from Oregon State University and earned his Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Chemistry from CSU Chico.
