Prior to my military service, I ventured as an entrepreneur and founded VasiousMedia, a digital media production company. It was later acquired. I served 8 years and was honorably discharged with outstanding Military Volunteering award. As a Marine I served as a Human Resource Specialist. In addition, I also served as manager and procurer of equipment totaling to over one million U.S. Dollars.

I'm an I'O Psychologist with 15 years experience with methods study of the workplace critical relevant to business, including talent management, coaching, organizational development performance , sales training, leadership training and work life balance. I earned a BS in Criminal Justice with focus Homeland Security and Special Population. I earned a Dual degree in Human resources and MBA in Organizational Psychology and Change.
