I am at the stage that I'm ready to send product samples to a lab for Nutritional analysis, I also have to complete testing for Food Service licensing, as well as Product Liability Insurance. I have my business registration and certificate of Authority and am ready to go. I also need to set up a production location, which I have found but cannot go under contract until the certification and insurance are set.
