Ms. Maxwell has worked in the customer service field for over thirty years. She began her career in retail banking in 1979. In the mid 1980s she managed a financial planning firm. Ms. Maxwell has an in depth knowledge of the merchant services field. She was an operational manager for two Independent Sales Organizations from 1989 until 2009. She also managed her own portfolio of merchant accounts. Ms. Maxwell has sat on several business boards.

Ms. Maxwell has worked extensively in customer service space in the fitness, retail and food service industries. During that time she also worked in the merchant services field, performing inbound customer service as well as on-site technical support.

Mr. Parrott holds credentials as a Certified Security Specialist – ISMI and Certified Project Management Professional – PMP Council, with thirty years of experience in IT security applications. He has managed application programming for the Department Of Defense, DOJ, DHS and H&HS Departments for the US Government. In the 1980's he managed GIS IT teams building data base applications for cellular operators in over 17 countries on four continent

Mr. Parrott started programming and building websites at the age of 16. He has worked full time developing in PHP, Java, JavaScript, Perl and XML. Mr. Parrott has extensive experience in Linux, Red Hat and BSD network security.
