A designer and leader with high attention to detail, Derek brings a love of problem solving and a background in engineering to JDM. His thirst for knowledge and desire to establish new standards has been invaluable during his first three years of management at JDM. Derek’s ability to set priorities and big picture goals, while still keeping an eye on the details, has helped him grow JDM into an effective and profitable company.

As the sole system architect, and the original founder of Goal Tracker, Jayse successfully built JDM’s web applications, libraries, and databases from scratch. His fluency and expertise in multiple programming languages allow him to quickly and effectively create smart and flexible applications. The efficiency and foresight with which he has built both products has allowed JDM to operate very effectively without adding additional developers.

Mr. Hartley is the owner of more than five different outpatient therapy clinics. Using his experience in occupational and physical therapy, Mr. Hartley has been invaluable in crafting, testing, and deploying Fusion Web Clinic.
