My idea is to create a event driven restaurant that has proximity to two major downtown Phoenix pro sports arenas. I have extensive experience running such a venue for the previous 5 years in the same area. I am looking to buy the property in question to create instant equity for the business. My previous employer's property was leased from one of the teams, and subsequently, was refitted into a different concept creating a demographic vacuum.
