I am a stay at home mom of an active one year old and would like to stay home with him some more. I have my real estate license from the state of Florida so there would not be a need to retain the services of a real estate agent. The business, for now, will consist of purchasing and rehabbing properties for a profit. In the future, I'd like to purchase and rent and build new single family homes, condos, apartments and townhouses, maybe a hotel.
