She has been an event coordinator, customer service specialist, and general office manager in both business and academic settings. Her skills include logistics management, statistical research and analysis, and professional record keeping.

Will is familiar with all aspects of the industry, having served as a dir of ops, reg mgr, logistics mgr, whse mgr, and a driver for national freight companies. In a variety of supervisory positions, Will has selected, developed, and coordinated subordinate staff; trained apprentice drivers; been responsible for all customer service issues, including claims for lost or damaged goods; and managed all inventory and equipment.
