Jesse has a background as an M&A lawyer for international firm Kennedy Van der Laan in Amsterdam. Back then, he was a board member of Enviu as well. Since 2011 Jesse joined Enviu on a full time basis as legal expert/business developer and has as such been working on start-ups such as Three Wheels United, INURBA Developments and ImpactCrowd. Since end 2012 Jesse is responsible for Enviu’s activities in India, initially for its projects Janta Meals

Arindam has been in the hospitality industry for 15+ years. As such he has set up hotels and restaurants in India and abroad from scratch: obtaining the land, building the premise, hiring the staff, setting up the administration and then operating it. After 15 years, Arindam is ready for a total new challenge. He will switch to Gurgaon from Kolkata and go down in his salary in order to work for Janta Meals.

Apeksha graduated in Economics and Statistics with Honours at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai in 2013, after which she joined the social entrepreneurship sector, setting aside a career in modeling. She started working as a researcher at UnLtd India, an incubator for social enterprises. This summer she joined Enviu and moved from Mumbai to Gurgaon. Ever since, she worked full time on Janta, after which Janta invited her to join the founders team.

Prabhat has a background as a successful IT entrepreneur. Currently he is an active impact investor, connected with Ennovent. Also, he runs his own NGO in education, based out of Sikanderpur, Gurgaon. Janta Meals is Prabhat's brainchild and he is the main investor.
