Michael Falzarano is the Founder and President of JammedUp. Previously, Michael successfully founded a New York City construction company and was a key founding investor in LiveProfile, a mobile-based text messaging social network that had over 15 million users. In 2011, LiveProfile was acquired by BlackBerry for integration into their BlackBerry Messenger application.

Ira Judelson will function as another core member of the Board of Executives, primarily as a Legal Advisor. Ira is the most recognized bail bondsman in the country, commonly known as “The Bail Bondsman to the Stars” as he has several exclusive clients, such as: Domenic Strauss Kahn, the head of the IMF, Katt Williams, famous comedian, Lindsey Lohan, famous actress, and Plaxico Burress, NFL player.
