I will begin a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance / Tax Counseling for the Elderly (VITA/TCE) site which would provide free income tax preparation and electronic filing of federal and state income tax returns for low income and elderly taxpayers. I wish to expand this site to service veterans and persons with disabilities. Should a taxpayer not qualify for free filing, a nominal fee would be assessed consistent with IRS regulations.
