When you think of HR and the Technology used by HR Professionals, what perception do you have? I can't imagine it is up there with Apple, Google, or the company formally known as "Twitter."

We want to change that, which is not easy. It's extremely hard, but we have been in the trenches and have experienced the need. We'd rather attempt and fail rather than never attempt at all.
