Ian brings a unique mix of business leadership, program management, engineering, operations and capture skills developed in global tech, commercial and non profit sectors, during a successful career as a leader in very large and small businesses including Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, WHOI, Bluefin Robotics, Sonos, Aquabotix and Clean Ocean Access after 12 years in the UK Royal Navy where he earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Jason made a career change somewhat late in life from retail management into engineering, going back to earn a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Brown University. From 2015 to 2020, Jason worked at Aquabotix designing, building, and maintaining ROVs and UUV/ASVs working his way to Chief Engineer. An outstanding aquatic robotics all rounder specializing in system and electrical engineering, experienced in transition to manufacture.
