Jafflz is currently a wholesale model focused on food service to build brand awareness prior to adding retail concepts. Existing distribution via US Foods, Sysco and Nicholas.     Private Chef for celebrities, royals and other heads of state and business leaders globally (in Park City, UT, since 2006). Founded and operated highly successful private chef business (Du Monde Gourmet), which lead to the Jafflz partnership. Built Jafflz from ground up, developing processes and procedures, and establishing initial sales relationships with major players.

  • HACCP Co-ordinator/Operations

    High‐performing ops manager. 20+ years food/bev facility management (restaurant, distribution, grocery and manufacturing). 15+ years SOP, training/ops development. Organized, detail-oriented self-starter able to strategize/prioritize to complete multiple tasks. Government regs/compliance, retail labeling, OSHA/employment laws. Project management re costs/efficiencies for optimizing organizational processes/measurement systems to maximize results.

  • Account Manager/Admin

    An accomplished sales, client relationship manager and administrative operations professional with 20 years experience. Working with global clientele, like Citibank, in the financial services industry, she brings high level corporate experience to assist with the business side of Jafflz. Her capabilities are strategic thinking, business development, marketing, and developing or establishing client relationships

  • Executive Chef

    From Nayarit, MX. Worked with large luxury resorts, restaurants, food production factories, and operated his own restaurant in MX. BA in Culinary Arts. Relocated to USA 2013. Permanent Residency status. Worked as executive chef for established chains, Sous Chef for celeb chef Cat Cora. 15+ years food service, w/ extensive experience in food and other production costs, production efficiencies, menu/recipe development, staff management.
