I am full house certified since 2001 and am green building and log home certified. I would be the only independant home inspection professional in at least a 5 to 6 county area.I alsowould be to my knowledge the only one in a 30 mile radius who would offer thermal imaging technology.the markett in my region is saturated with activity with the prospect of clients in my trade very low of getting a professional home inspection at competitive rates.
