Company Summary

Our story begins with our son's undiagnosed neurodegenerative disease; we halted it progression by following a paleo diet that emphasized traditional fats like coconut oil. We want to change the entire snack food aisle by reintroducing coconut oil to potato chips. We are the only manufacturer using coconut oil and increasingly educated consumers are coming to appreciate an important trend: there are oils that heal and oils that harm.

    Megan manages the distribution, sales, and marketing responsibilities. Along with Scott, she manages strategy and product development. For the last 12 years Megan has been a stay-at-home mom. Prior to that, she worked in NYC for Dow Jones & Company (the publisher of the Wall Street Journal) for two years and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for 12 years.
