Michael has had profit and loss responsibility for businesses ranging from start-up to $780M in revenue. He is experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions, and has global experience managing organizations in France, England and Canada. His previous employers include Texas Instruments, GE, Goodrich, Trimble Navigation, Dell, YukonSoft Corporation and Zimmer Holdings.
He holds a BSEE from the U of Pittsburgh, a MSEE from SMU, and a MBA from Duke U.

Craig is the founder of Jackson Electronics and the inventor of iRoc®. His background includes leading a semiconductor outsource test services business unit for a start-up company from $1.2M to $10.6M. His previous employers include Pintail Technologies, BridgePoint Technical Manufacturing and Cyrix Corporation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
