Good food is a human right and not a privilege. Food from scratch, gluten free, vegetarian and old fashion meals for all to enjoy.
There are hundred's of restaurants to eat at, but not all of them are equal or great.
Some people have diet restrictions, some are picky, some want a change of menu, but most want change and choices.
We would have an open kitchen concept that not only cooks, but prepares food in front of the customers.
They would be able to be viewing the making of their food, but know how it was made without hiding behind a wall.
