  • Managing Director

    Matt is responsible for strategy, product planning, customer acquisition, administration and fund raising. He has over a decade of experience in the document distribution and content management business. Prior to IXD, he was the VP and GM of the OpenText Fax and Document Distribution Group where the business grew to over $250 million in annual revenue. Matt has a Kellogg MBA and was a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young.

  • Technology Director

    Jay is responsible for technology strategy and the IXD back-end. He has been developing software professionally for more than 20 years, including over 15 years at Microsoft. Most recently Jay was a principal software engineer leading the Skype and Lync teams building online meeting and tele-presence capabilities. Jay has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Discrete Mathematics from the University of Washington.

  • Technology Director

    Ryan is responsible for technology strategy, product design and the IXD front-end. He has over 10 years of experience as a software developer and manager, most recently at Microsoft where he worked on real-time communication products ranging from LiveMeeting, Communicator/Lync, and Skype. Previously he worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Ryan has degrees in Computer Science and Business Economics from the California Institute of Technology.
