We started a frozen food distribution enterprise called Mensackah Foods Limited. In the course of our operations we realised that all ready-to-cook chicken were imported and this inspired us to come up with a fully Ghanaian option for Ghanaians who will want to consume chicken which is produced locally for a number of positive reasons. We therefore came up with the name or product brand, Efie Akokor.
